Flowers. Yes, it’s the obvious, but be creative! Find a flower shop that can create a heart out of flowers or get a bouquet with the same amount of flowers as the time you have been together or the Valentine’s days you have spent together (i.e.: 3 years=3 dozen roses). She will be totally impressed. A more budget friendly option would be to create the bouquet yourself with the flowers of your choice.

Fill a room. Whether it be filling a room with candies or flowers or both, any girl absolutely swoons over a room filled with treats and goodies. Wouldn’t hurt to put her gift on the pillowcase

Call ahead. Whether you call ahead and ask for the best table in the place or call ahead to order the most decadent dessert that take 50 minutes to make, you will definitely be rewarded for these thoughtful gestures after the night ends.

Girls:

 Steamy card. Anything funny and humorous with a touch of sexiness always gets major points! I once saw sex coupons in a card shop and I thought it was so funny/clever! Slip one of those guys in there

Lingerie. Make sure to wear something super sexy in his favorite color. If he likes booty shorts, rock em. If he likes little nighties, prance around in those. You get the picture.

Little things. Creativeness goes a long way as a gift to your man.
