We all love a good detox, right? Feeling refreshed inside and out is important, and cleaning out your two biggest organs are the key to doing it. Yup, your skin and liver are your two biggest organs!

Here are eight ways to making sure you feel energetic, have a healthy glow to your skin that can rival a pregnant lady’s, and maybe even shed a couple pounds!

• Drink a glass of warm water with a leon slice (or two) in it. Adding cayenne will also help rev up your metabolism to burn more calories.

• Eat a raw meal.

• Drink a fresh juice that has detoxing ingredients like lemon, cilantro, granger, parsley, and the magic green, kale.

• Do something that makes you sweat. It could be enjoying a dance class or sitting in a sauna. Biggest Loser winner, Rachel Frederickson admits that she used an infrared sauna to blast extra calories after the liming o the reality show ended.

• Add chia seeds to your green drinks and enjoy a few throughout the day.
